Paging E90M3, I believe you were looking for a E46, weren’t you? This one is in Lexington, SC. The car is nice, I’ve been around it a few times. It does well in autocross but is taken care of outside of those events. Yes, it’s a manual.

It’s awesome to see in public. Whomever owned it before my friend spared no expenses on that paint job. We couldn’t find a single trace of the original black paint anywhere on the body.

I love that car.
I f I were actually in the market for a car I don’t think I’d go through BaT; cars always seem to sell for pretty high there. I know the vetting is usually good because of the peanut gallery but you could just pepper any seller with the same questions.

The typically-high selling prices are why my friend is selling his M3 on there. His brother sold his white 2.5RS coupe for a surprisingly -high amount on there earlier this year.

104k miles. Coming up on rod bearings. Accident reported. Repaint. Plasti dip wheels. I ‘m not sure this is a high money car. Although it is optioned favorably

Depends on the car... E38's for example, tend to go for really great prices compared to what you can haggle a Craigslist seller down to .

I guess now that you mention it the last time I looked 996 prices seemed really decent. Especially since the cars looked well cared for compared to most.
However, some enthusiast fanboi cars, like B7 S4 Audi Avants were crazy the last time I looked

Very fun car to drive and the way its optioned about one of the lightest e46 m3 around. Not my best driving being the first and only run in the car.

It’s got a second set of wheels that were professionally painted with the car when it went from black to orange. The plasti-dip wheels were for autocross and the original finish on those were bad enough to warrant the dip.
